The debut release on Unlabel from this fine local six piece anti-folk outfit is a 7 track collection of recently recorded work (August/September 2007).

Tom Williams and The Boat are best described as Bob Dylan meets Lightspeed Champion/Eugene McGuiness with the lyrical style of Regina Spektor or Win Butler (Arcade Fire).

Recorded onto 2" tape at The Granary Studios in Lamberhurst, and with a new group of players, The Penguin EP is the most accomplished set of recordings that Tom has released to date.

Their sound is epic and adventurous whilst retaining an strong personality and humanity, rooted in Tom’s song writing.

Avaialble as a limited first edition of 100 numbered copies in hand finished photo artwork with picture inserts. It's sure to go fast.
