Cove's guitarist D.C.W. Briggs has often been spotted on stage wearing a Grateful Dead shirt and now we see where he's coming from.

His new project The Hills Have Riffs began as a recording outlet for his more doom / free folk meanderings and has evolved into strands of rainbow wave patterns weaving teenage radio collages with freewheeling shoegaze into pastoral acoustic vibes and tripped out proto Sabbathness.
